Private Sessions

Pilates
This individualized Pilates session utilizes specialized equipment (the reformer, tower, stability chair, barrel, and other small props), along with matwork, in order to tone and strengthen the body.  Each private session is specifically tailored for your needs and designed to help you reach your individual goals.

TRX Suspension Training
Private TRX Suspension Training delivers a total-body workout using your bodyweight to create muscle-building resistance.TRX Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go, and helps you apply the minimum dose of effort to get maximum results using only methods that work.

Semi-Private Pilates or TRX Sessions (Duets)
Enjoy the same benefits as a private session, but workout with a partner. Pair up with a friend or let the instructor find a partner for you. Clients must complete a minimum of three private sessions before joining a partner. Partners must also be on a similar fitness level.

Small Group Training Sessions

Mat Pilates
This group Pilates session will introduce you to the foundation of Pilates matwork movement where you look to your own body to create resistance. This is an amazing way to connect with and strengthen your core! Small props such as the flex band, magic circle and stability ball are incorporated.

Core Barre
Core Barre is a high energy, low impact, fat burning workout. This group class incorporates principles of pilates, ballet and general fitness concepts in order to sculpt the body and have fun doing so!

Pilates 101
Pilates 101 is designed for the client who has not tried Pilates and needs to learn the fundamentals on which to build their practice. Classes will focus on the basic movements of the Pilates Method and the Level I order on all apparatus. Most exercises will be performed in the supine position, and modifications will be given for those with physical limitations. This class is a great way to start your pilates journey and to watch the transformation in how you look, feel and move! 

Equipment Pilates Circuit
Small group training up to four participants working on a variety of  equipment within a session, including the reformer, tower, stability/wunda chair, barrel, mat and props. Clients must complete a minimum of three private sessions before joining a class, unless pre-arranged by the instructor.

TRX Suspension Training
Small group training up to six participants utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer in either a Circuit Training or Body Blast format. Develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously while incorporating cardiovascular intervals for a total body workout.
