Small Group Training Sessions
This group Pilates session will introduce you to the foundation of Pilates matwork movement where you look to your own body to create resistance. This is an amazing way to connect with and strengthen your core! Small props such as the flex band, magic circle and stability ball are incorporated.
Core Barre is a high energy, low impact, fat burning workout. This group class incorporates principles of pilates, ballet and general fitness concepts in order to sculpt the body and have fun doing so!

Pilates 101 is designed for the client who has not tried Pilates and needs to learn the fundamentals on which to build their practice. Classes will focus on the basic movements of the Pilates Method and the Level I order on all apparatus. Most exercises will be performed in the supine position, and modifications will be given for those with physical limitations. This class is a great way to start your pilates journey and to watch the transformation in how you look, feel and move!
Equipment Pilates Circuit
Small group training up to four participants working on a variety of equipment within a session, including the reformer, tower, stability/wunda chair, barrel, mat and props. Clients must complete a minimum of three private sessions before joining a class, unless pre-arranged by the instructor.
TRX Suspension Training
Small group training up to six participants utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer in either a Circuit Training or Body Blast format. Develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously while incorporating cardiovascular intervals for a total body workout.
