Instructors

Kristen Mosier, studio owner, is a former dancer with 20 years of formal training. While completing an education degree and dancing at Florida State University, she received a Group Fitness Certification from AFAA. Kristen holds comprehensive certifications from both Power Pilates and STOTT Pilates, TRX Group Suspension Training and is a Post-Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist. Kristen is also a Teacher Trainer for Classical Pilates Education. She has completed more then 700 hours of training and has experience working  with clients of all ages, skill levels, and with various injuries, along with pregnant and post-natal clients. Kristen is also an instructor of Personal Wellness and Leisure Activity at the University of West Georgia. She is passionate about the healing powers of Pilates, and enjoys challenging her clients to exceed their own expectations. Kristen is devoted to helping people better themselves through the Pilates method.



 
Katey Gordon  is a Barre Intensity Instructor and is currently pursuing a Classical Pilates Certification. Katey has invested her career in the health and wellness industry, as she currently serves as a Certified Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach for women and is simultaneously working to obtain her Master's in Nutrition Science and Dietetics, Her personal fitness experience includes distance running, bodyweight strength, HIIT, and barre. Katey's main goals as a fitness instructor are to empower individuals to feel their best, find their inner strength, and find genuine joy in movement.

 

Chrissy Knoll is a certified instructor in ACE Group Fitness and TRX Group Suspension Training. She began teaching fitness classes while studying at the University of Florida and is currently an instructor of Personal Wellness and Leisure Activity classes at The University of West Georgia. Chrissy has a Master’s degree in Sports Management, has served as Athletic Director for youth and adult recreational sports, and assisted in training athletes for endurance sports competitions. Her personal athletic and fitness experience includes over 15 years of competitive triathlons and distance running. Chrissy is excited about introducing Carrollton to TRX Suspension Training because of its versatility for individuals of all fitness levels, its focus on core stability and its use of one’s own body weight for resistance. She strives to help individuals not only reach their fitness goals but also to maintain a long- term healthy lifestyle.
